EGG YOLK IS GOOD OR BAD



WE EVERYONE KNOW THAT EGG CONTAINS LOTS OF CALORIES WHICH CAN GIVES US LOTS OF ENERGY WITH LOTS OF HEALTH BENEFITS, BUT HERE THE QS. IS SHOULD YOU EAT ENTIRE EGG OR NOT, I'MEAN SHOULD WE EAT EGG YOLK OR NOT, EGG YOLK CONTAINS LOTS OF CALORIES AND FAT WHICH HELP US TO GROW OUR FAT MORE AND MORE, SO MOST OF THE GYM GUY DON'T EAT BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO BE FAT ANY MORE THEY WANTED TO MAINTAIN THERE BODY AS FIT SO THAT THEY THROUGH EGG YOLK AND EAT EGG WHITE, IF YOU ARE LIN AND THIN AND WANTED TO GROW FAT AS FAST THAN I RECOMMENDED TO YOU EAT EGG YOLK.
