Best energy booster food





Eat row almond and peanuts - lots of calories.

fruits - apple daily , orange ,pomegranate.

1 carrot daily 

1 teaspoon full lemon juice in the morning time with water.

Eat banana + papaya - energy + stamina = immune system more stronger 

Eggs all are energy booster food.

Fresh fruit.  = blood sugar 

Mushrooms are rich in protein, vitamin C and B, calcium - strengthening the immune .
